Courtney and Jacob’s wedding day was nothing short of magical. Set against the lush, blooming backdrop of the Riverbanks Botanical Garden, their celebration was filled with vibrant color, laughter, and heartfelt moments from start to finish.

As their Day-of Coordinator, my role was to ensure every detail came together seamlessly so the couple could simply be present and enjoy the day they’d dreamed of. From greeting vendors and fine-tuning the timeline to keeping the wedding party relaxed and on schedule, every moment flowed effortlessly — just as it should.

The ceremony took place beneath a canopy of trees, surrounded by family and friends who radiated love and excitement. Afterward, guests moved into the elegant Magnolia Room for a warm and welcoming reception filled with laughter, dancing, and soft candlelight.
